Navigating Together – An In-Person Resource – April 2025 in CT

Navigating Together:
In-Person Resources to Meet the Times

Saybrook, CT   April 28 – May 2, 2025     1 to 4 Nights

For those of us who work with or in higher ed, these last few months been interesting (and yes, including many facets of “interesting” – from strange to terrifying to unpredictable to … you name it). We’re facing challenges we have not faced before – and this just after the covid period, with its own, quite different set of unprecedented challenges.

In the past several weeks, Kardia Group and Crystal Clear Consulting, supported by several other colleagues, offered a series of virtual conversations to support us all in navigating this together.

As a follow-up, we’re expanding that concept into a series of in-person options in Saybrook, CT, the week of April 28 through May 2.

Though virtual gatherings are wonderful, in-person allows a richer, more expansive experience and understanding of community – what it means to navigate together. It also supports a deeper, more immersive and intensive exploration of environment and choices. An additional benefit: this event is hosted in a space that also supports our capacity for self-care.
