Description
This assessment-and-coaching package for individual faculty, staff, and higher ed administrators includes the CPI 260® assessment plus 3 interpretation and follow-up sessions. Sessions focus on leadership skills and development.
Why do we love the CPI 260® assessment?
Because it is exceptionally good at showing a helpful and accurate picture of one’s current leadership characteristics. It’s a revealing look through an unusual perspective: by design, the assessment shows you how you appear to objective and knowledgeable others based solely on your answers to 260 questions. The CPI 260® assessment always provides insights, stimulates useful reflection, and illuminates paths toward stronger leadership. Our extensive experience using this assessment with leaders in higher ed also reveals specific leadership patterns and challenges specific to the academic environment.
In addition to the CPI 260® interpretive report, this short coaching package includes three 75-minute sessions with an experienced CPI 260® certified practitioner who is also knowledgeable about the world of academia. These sessions address assessment interpretation, work with strengths and developmental areas, and build strategies for leveraging strengths in your current context.
