Navigating Together: Support and Strategy Sessions for Higher Ed

Navigating Together: Support and Strategy

With the new federal administration’s changes to funding agencies and so on, we are all in uncharted territory.

Kardia Group has teamed up with Crystal Clear Consulting to offer virtual space (via Zoom) for those associated with higher education to come together to connect. This space can be used for finding community and support, situational troubleshooting, perspective gathering, strategy development – whatever you and your colleagues need.

Crystal Clear Consulting with Kardia Group - Navigating Together

About These Sessions

We organized four sessions, two of which are still coming up: Friday March 14, and Friday March 21, both at 2pm Eastern.

In our first 2 sessions, we’ve had attendees from multiple parts and levels of academia, including faculty and faculty administrators, staff and staff administrators, and those in academia-adjacent organizations.

Attendees of our first conversation gained a sense of community, of not being alone; support; and impactful perspectives from others. In our 3/7 conversation, attendees continued to benefit from finding community, and also looked at questions of leadership, transparency, and self-care.

Please join us for peer-to-peer conversations with higher ed professionals
from colleges and universities across the US.

Conversations will take place in small breakout groups.

These sessions are offered in collaboration with a network of leadership coaches and consultants with deep roots in and concern for higher education. Several of us will be on hand to provide some background on what concerns people are coming in with, and some ideas to help frame these conversations. However, the space is really yours – you and your peers will ultimately decide how to make best use of it.

How to Participate

Please note: These conversations are offered via Zoom. They are intended for those associated with institutions of higher education and those in academia-adjacent organizations. We ask that you keep all conversations in this series confidential.
