Our work with NSF GOLD included working with the original Ideas Lab, providing a project launch workshop for PIs, a year-long leadership development series for PIs and senior personnel, a podcast series called Leadership for Broadening Participation, and consultation on the NSF INCLUDES Planning Grant: A JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Alliance.

TECAID: Transforming Engineering Culture to Advance Inclusion and Diversity
Working with WEPAN (Women in Engineering Proactive Network), ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineering) and Purdue University, we guided five teams from mechanical engineering departments through a series of four two-day workshops to promote the ability of faculty to lead real change related to diversity and inclusion.

ADVANCE at the University of Michigan
