The short answer? Short coaching provides a concentrated opportunity to work with an expert in academia, leadership, and professional development.
Faculty, administrators, and staff may engage in this type of coaching for several purposes. They may, for example, want a bite-sized customized experience to illuminate choices and strategies in a fast-paced career. They may also use it as an opportunity to experience coaching, and/or to determine if a particular coach is a good fit.
Development-Focused Short Coaching
These plans use online assessments to focus our conversation. Coaching occurs through three video conference or phone coaching sessions aimed at understanding assessment results and putting them to use. Results help guide the discussion regarding the strengths and areas for development that are apparent from the assessment.
Short Coaching options currently available include:
- Leadership Skills Snapshot uses the CPI 260® assessment to focus on leadership qualities and skills
- Leadership Awareness Snapshot uses the MBTI® assessment to explore preferences, leadership and working styles, and strategies
In addition, we offer single-session assessment coaching. Please inquire if you’d like more information.
