The short answer? Short coaching is a concentrated opportunity to work with an expert in academia, leadership, and professional development. Faculty, administrators, and staff may engage in short coaching for several purposes. They may, for example, use short coaching as a bite-sized customized experience to illuminate choices and strategies in a fast-paced career. They may also use short coaching as an opportunity to experience coaching, and/or to determine if a particular coach is a good fit.
Development-Focused Short Coaching
These short coaching plans use online assessments (especially the CPI 260® and the MBTI® assessments) to focus our conversation. Coaching occurs through three videoconference or phone coaching sessions aimed at understanding assessment results and putting them to use.
Short Coaching opportunities currently available include:
- Leadership Skills Snapshot uses the CPI 260® assessment to focus on leadership qualities and skills
- Leadership Awareness Snapshot uses the MBTI® assessment to explore preferences, leadership and working styles, and strategies
We also offer single-session assessment interpretation – please inquire if this is what you’re looking for!
