This assessment-and-coaching package includes the MBTI® assessment plus 3 interpretation and follow-up sessions.
Why do we love the MBTI® assessment? The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment provides a revealing look into how we prefer to do things. In addition to insight into one’s own behavior, this can open doors to seeing and understanding others more clearly. The MBTI® assessment is excellent for exploring one’s own unique way of doing things, energy management strategies, expanding awareness of others’ preferences, and related skill development to improve leadership capacity. We see the MBTI® assessment as a starting point for questions and exploration. We use the Step II interpretive report, which includes facets within each preference pair.
In addition to the MBTI® assessment, you get three 60-minute sessions with an experienced MBTI® certified practitioner who is also knowledgeable about the world of academia. These sessions address assessment interpretation, work with preferences and developmental areas, and build strategies for leveraging preferences in your current context.
All online. The MBTI® assessment is done through an online interface. We normally will do the follow-up sessions via videoconferencing.
